Why this matters
You've rebuilt the entire frontend. If you skip QA, your first users become your testers. Every auth flow, every file upload, every real-time notification needs to work across browsers and devices before DNS switch.
Critical Flow Tests — All Must Pass
Complete User flow — signup → verify → login → dashboard → upload → prescription
Complete Doctor flow — login → find patient → create prescription → notify
Real-time test — Sonner toast appears without refresh
Auth protection test — incognito → /dashboard → redirect to login
S3 file upload test
Cross-browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
Mobile test — iOS Safari + Android Chrome
